Leaflet containing a petition in support of New York City sanctions against South Africa. The leaflet says Nelson Mandela has been released but South Africa is not yet free. The petition calls on the City Council to immediately pass new sanctions legislation, initiated by Mayor Dinkins, to close the loopholes in the current law, strengthen enforcement, and protect the labor rights of South African workers when companies disinvest.
