In a cover letter Dumisani Kumalo says as of the end of February 1985, a record number of bills aimed at ending the investment of public funds in banks and corporations doing business in or with South Africa had been introduced in the legislatures of 28 states. Included with newsletter is a pamphlet South Africa: Questions and Answers on Divestment and newspaper clips.
