Letter and press release announce plans by leaders of the American Committee on Africa (ACOA) to picket at the South African consulate and be arrested. The letter invites people to join ACOA on the picket line. ACOA has spearheaded the divestment campaign which has led state and municipal governments to sell over a billion of dollars in South Africa-related investments. The press release says those who will be arrested include Tilden Le Melle, Peter Weiss, Dorothy Hibbert, Frank Montero, George M. Houser, Jennifer Davis, William H. Booth, Zilo Torres and Rev. Frank Morales.
