Press release announcing a public hearing to be held on June 6 on a charge that the New York Times violated the New York City Administrative Code by publishing advertisements for discriminatory employment in South Africa. The charge says that South African apartheid legislation denies Black workers equal access to jobs, equal tenure rights, equal working conditions and privileges, equal collective bargaining rights, and equal wages.
