Report by George M. Houser about his attempt to enter Namibia on the first visa issued by the United Nations Council authorizing entry to Namibia. Houser reports that he attempted to use this visa in June. Houser's plans became public before his travel, and, after consultation between Pan-American Airways and South African government officials, Pan-Am refused to allow him to board a plane to Kinshasa bound for Johannesburg, where he had planned to transfer to a flight to Namibia.
