Leaflet opposing General Motors (G.M.) investment in South Africa. The leaflet discusses G.M.'s investment of more than $125 million in South Africa and its plant in Port Elizabeth, where all facilities in the factory are racially segregated and non-whites are forbidden to act in any supervisory capacity or fill a job vacated by a white. G.M. products and plants can easily be converted for military purposes. The leaflet says that G.M. has been an increasingly important factor in building of a self-sufficient South African economy. The leaflet notes that the United Nations General Assembly has urged foreign companies not to invest in South Africa because such investment bolsters the white regime and continues an unjust economic system.
