The mailing says enclosed is a memorandum about a critical situation in South West Africa; under the banner of apartheid, the white authorities of South West Africa (who cannot be separated from the South African authorities) are threatening to remove 8000 Africans from their homes in Windhoek; the deadline of August 31 (demanded by the authorities) has passed; if the Africans do not leave the Old Location, there will be a direct confrontation with the police, unless the authorities hold off action. With the letter is a document 8000 RESIST DISPOSSESSION BY APARTHEID IN WINDHOEK, S.W.A. (NAMIBIA).
