Part 2 of paper presented at the International Seminar on The Role of Transnational Corporations in Namibia, Washington, DC, November 29 - December 2, 1982, consisting of three annexes. Annexes 3 and 4 include two letters to the Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs Hans Dietrick Genscher dated September 16, 1982 and October 14, 1982 from Dr. Adolf Müller-Emmert, Dr. Wolfgang Rumpf and Prof. Dr. Karl-Heinz Hornhues, members of the Namibia Discussion Group in the Federal Parliament. (The September letter was signed also by 50 other MPs.) Annex 5 is Minister Genscher's reply to these letters. All letters appear in German and English translation.
