Early 1986
4 pages
The pamphlet publicizes the April 4, 1986 National Protest Day for South African Divestment. It quotes from "APPEAL FOR ACTION AGAINST APARTHEID," a statement issued by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. jointly with Chief Albert J. Lutuli on Human Rights Day, December 10, 1962, that appeals for sanctions against South Africa. The pamphlet also includes the full text of CALL FOR AN INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT OF APARTHEID SOUTH AFRICA, a statement by Dr. King at Hunter College, New York City, on Human Rights Day, December 10, 1965. [Note: Lutuli is frequent spelled Luthuli.]
