Coalition for a New Foreign and Military Policy; Jennifer Davis
American Committee on Africa
Washington, DC, United States
Undated, about October 1976
2 pages
The pamphlet is excerpted from the testimony given on September 29, 1976 by Jennifer Davis, a South African economist serving as research director of the American Committee on Africa (ACOA), to the Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on African Affairs. In the testimony Davis explains why ACOA considers the corporate arguments advanced in favor of continued investment in South Africa do not reflect the real effect of such investment and why such investment should be ended. The testimony looks at oil companies: Caltex and Mobil.
