October 27 is the tenth anniversary of the United Nations revoking South Africa's mandate entitling it to govern Namibia, and that date has been chosen to launch Operation Namibia's "BOOKS FOR A FREE NAMIBIA" project. The ship "Golden Harvest" and an eight-member international crew are to set sail from Portsmouth, England with a cargo of banned books that should arrive in Namibia in early winter.
