Three young soldiers in the army of the African National Congress of South Africa face imminent death by hanging: Ncimbithi Johnson Lubisi, Petrus Tsepo Mashigo, and Naphtali Manana. Three other ANC freedom fighters have been sentenced to death for treason. They are: Anthony Tsotsobe, David Moise, and Johannes Shabangu. The Reagan administration in the United States has a policy of 'constructive engagement' with Pretoria. Demand the U.S. government call on Pretoria to spare the lives of these men.
