It explains the impact of South Africa's illegal occupation of Namibia and of foreign investment, particularly from U.S. companies such as American Metal Climax, Newmont Mining Corporation, Bethlehem Steel, Phillips Petroleum, Chevron Regent, Getty Oil, Del Monte, ITT, Ford, 3M, IBM, Westinghouse, Chrysler, Firestone, and Canada Dry.
