This document is an agreement between Clergy and Laity Concerned of Chicago (CALC) and the United States-South Africa Sister Community Project (USSASCP) by which USSASCP contracts with Ron Freund of CALC to perform the organizing work necessary to link Chicago with Thornhill in South Africa.
