Leaflet about a South African judge sitting in Windhoek, Namibia's capital, on July 15 handing down prison sentences on four Namibian men convicted under South Africa's Terrorism Act. They are: Benjamin Chrispus Uulenga, Ruben Itengula, Michael Shikongo, and Lazarus Carl Guiteb. They are members of SWAPO, the liberation movement recognized by the UN and the Organization of African Unity. Also includes a letter to President Jimmy Carter from William Johnston about the cases.
