Memorandum to Goler Teal Butcher and Interested Parties. The memorandum says death sentences were imposed under the Terrorism Act against two defendants in a political trial involving members of SWAPO, the major political party in Namibia and the leading spokesman for Namibian self-determination. Two other defendants received prison sentences of five and seven years, respectively. The memorandum says the defendants are Mr. Aaron Mushimba, Mr. Hendrik Shikongo, Ms. Rauna Nimbinga, Ms. Anna Ngaihondjwa, Mr. Andreas Nangolo, Mr. Naimi Nombowa. [Note: Ms. Rauna Nimbinga mention in this memorandum is apparently a misspelling of Rauna Nambinga.]
