The letter says that the Mozambique Support Network (MSN) is chaired by Allen Isaacman and Roberta Washington. Sylvia Ewing is the administrative coordinator and Lisa Brock is the secretary-treasurer. Prexy Nesbitt advises MSN. The letter says in the Washington area there are already many groups involved in various aspects of support work for Mozambique.
