Leaflet advertising a march Froday, June 16, on the second anniversary of the Soweto protests from the South African Consulate to Federal Building Plaza in Chicago demanding that the consulate be closed. The leaflet says petitions calling for the closure of the consulate will be presented to the U.S. State Department. The leaflet points out that the consulate exists to promote the trade and investment with South Africa "that the minority regime so desperately needs to stay in power." Slogans on the leaflet are: "Close the South African Consulate!" and "Support economic sanctions against South Africa!" and "Stop bank loans and other investment for South Africa!"
