The letter says CFM members recently took part in an effort to oppose Gulf Oil's complicity with Portuguese colonialism. At the Gulf meeting, Agostino Neto and Amilcar Cabral, presidents of the liberation movements of Angola and Guinea-Bissau, respectively, were nominated to the Board of Directors.
