Mailing asking Harvard University graduates to vote for the pro-divestment slate of Harvard and Radcliffe Alumni/ae Against Apartheid (HRAAA) for the Board of Overseers. The mailing notes that last year HRAAA helped elect Archbishop Desmond Tutu to the Board of Overseers and that Tutu flew to Boston for a meeting the day after President de Klerk's speech to the South African parliament announcing the unbanning of the African National Congress and other organizations. The mailing includes a leaflet on HRAAA candidates for the Board of Overseers: Willard R. Johnson, Judy Lieberman, Ruth J. Simmons, Donald J. Woods and David Scondras.
