This memorandum is a request by Carole Collins to IPS (Institute for Policy Studies) for a six month extension of her Guest Fellow status from July through December. Collins outlines the reason related to her role in COBLSA (Campaign to Oppose Bank Loans to South Africa) that will not be finished until after the end of June. The memorandum includes a section Activities: January-June 1982 which includes information on IPS Seminars related to South Africa, Namibia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Eritrea and Western Sahara; and tentative July programs. There is a list of meetings and conference in which Collins was involved.
