This statement of purpose by the Chicago Committee for the Liberation of Angola, Mozambique and Guinea-Bissau (CCLAMG) was provided to the North American Anti-Imperialist Coalition (NAAIC) when CCLAMG became a member. It describes CCLAMG's rationale for supporting the MPLA, FRELIMO, and PAIGC liberation movements. It describes CCLAMG's three goals of providing support to the liberation movements; working to end U.S. support for Portugal, South Africa, and Rhodesia; and working to eradicate imperialism and racism as perpetuated by the U.S.
