Paper prepared for the International Seminar on Bank Relations to South Africa, Zurich, Switzerland, April 5 - 7, 1981. The paper notes that the Campaign to Oppose Bank Loans to South Africa (COBLSA) has been without a national coordinator since June 1980 but a new national coordinator will begin to work out of Washington, D.C beginning in May 1981. The paper provides a brief summary of the local activities undertaken by COBLSA affiliates including those in Boston, MA; Washington, D.C.; Chicago, IL; and the West Coast. It also covers questions for further work.
