The leaflet urges people not to vacation in Portugal, saying: "With your money Portugal buys ... napalm, herbicides, anti-personnel weapons, helicopters, and guns, for use in Angola, Mozambique, and Guinea-Bissau." People are urged instead to contribute to the liberation movements of these countries. It goes on to document exploitation of Africans under Portuguese colonialism and the role of the U.S. government and corporations in support of Portugal.
