The mailing says the meeting in San Francisco was a great success. Two of the key issues were the National Coordinating Committee structure and the frequency of meetings. The Fall meeting will convene the National Coordinating Committee. In order for a local group to send a representative, the group must formally become a voting chapter. Fundraising initiated by the National Office has had positive results but not sufficient for sustaining the Chicago Office. More grass roots financial support is needed from the local chapters.
