Leaflet produced as part of a campaign to get Congress to pass H.R. 8005 reimposing sanctions against Rhodesia. The United Nations Security Council imposed mandatory sanctions against Rhodesia, but in 1971 Congress passed a law allowing for the sanctions to be violated by the importation of "strategic and critical materials."
