Mailing advertising a meeting at St. Mark's Methodist Church to commemorate the March 21, 1960 Sharpeville massacre of 67 Africans who were nonviolently demonstrating against the pass laws. The United Nations has designated March 21 the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. This mailing probably included the leaflet Johannesburg South Africa, which is also on this website.
