Review of the last year of the Southern Africa Committee. The memorandum notes the need to establish priorities and directions early in the school year. The author sees two primary foci on action 1) communication with and aid to the freedom movement 2) promoting awareness of the situation in Southern Africa and the U.S. responsibility for for its continuance.
