Brooklynites Against Apartheid
Brooklyn, New York, United States
1985?
8 pages
A pamphlet designed to look like a travel brochure that was part of a campaign against South African Airways. The brochure contains a satirical critique of apartheid South Africa and Americans who supported that system. It also invites people to join the campaign against South African Airways, which had direct flights from New York to South Africa. Sometimes activists wearing suits would pass it out to South African Airways and British Airways passengers at Kennedy Airport in New York City.
