ACAS has moved its headquarters to Washington D.C. The new Executive Secretary, Lisa Alfred, will coordinate ACAS work on congressional issues and extend ACAS links to other NGOs in the year ahead. Also, Daniel Volman will monitor congressional hearings and to on report them in the Bulletin. Membership renewals should be sent to Treasurer Allen Green.
