An invitation to a reception in honor of the Reverend Michael Scott who has just arrived from England. Scott is Director of the Africa Bureau in England and the authorized spokesman in the United Nations of the Herero tribe of South West Africa. The reception will be held in the Assembly Hall of the Community Church of New York on November 18. Scott will speak informally at 5:30 on the questions with which he is involved at the U.N., such as those of South West Africa and apartheid in South Africa. Since Scott is in this country on a restricted visa, the meeting must be private, with admission by invitation.
