The mailing says in September of this year a team from apartheid South Africa representing the racist rugby organization of that country will tour the United States and play matches in Chicago, Albany and New York. This tour and these matches are a direct contravention of United Nations Resolutions calling for an embargo on all sporting and cultural exchanges with South Africa until the apartheid and racism have been removed in that country. The mailing calls on all organizations to condemn this tour and to organize protests.
