Leonard Robinson of the African Development Foundation will lead a discussion on "The African Debt Crisis and Alternative Development Strategies." Elections will be held to fill vacancies for the Board of Directors of TransAfrica Boston. The meeting will be held at the MIT Student Center in Cambridge.
