Letter inviting Professor Willard Johnson to participate in a Policy Dialogue on March 1, 1996 on U.S. Policy toward Zaire-Implications for Central Africa. This is the second in a series of four dialogues that will bring together representatives of groups interested in U.S. policy toward Africa to formulate innovative, alternative U.S. policies toward Africa countries and stimulate discussion and debate. Dr. Jacques Depelchin has been invited to prepare and present the policy proposal.
