List of African World Day events at the TransAfrica Forum Building in the DuBois Room, Robeson Room, and Arthur Ashe Library. Events include cultural activities from the African American community in the United States, Ghana, Brazil, Ethipia, Senegal, South Africa, Nigeria, Zaire, and Haiti. Events include storytelling, songs, literature readings, and photographs. Also, books by African and Caribbean women will be on sale, and there will be a discussion about foreign service careers. Presenters include Shindana, Ananse Gromma Storytelling Theatre, Galila Selassie, Dr. Rosangela Vieira, Astou Seck, Mpulelela Gongo, Gerrie Du Rand, Nike Duramy, Russell Taylor, and Malaika Cooper.
