DISSOLUTION • The purpose of the Corporation is to conduct research, education, and action regarding: (1) apartheid and its impact in South Africa and on the neighboring countries of southern Africa, (2) U.S. political, economic, and military ties with South Africa, (3) U.S. policy options toward South and southern Africa, and (4) comparisons between apartheid in South Africa and racism in the U.S. The Corporation shall operate exclusively for educational purposes, consistent with the provisions of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended by the Tax Reform Act of 1976.
