Tentative agenda of the June 5, 1985 meeting of the Southern Africa Working Group: I. South Africa legislation; II. Preparing for the Senate floor vote; III. Namibia - New legislation in Congress, Update on Namibia and Angola, Amnesty International's campaign against torture. Congresswoman Patricia Schroeder will talk about her new bill on Namibia. The working group meeting will be delayed for one day because the House floor vote and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee vote will both occur on June 4.
