Agenda of the December 4, 1984 meeting of the Southern Africa Working Group at the Methodist Building. John Matisonn, Editor of the Washington Report on Africa, will speak on the reaction in Southern Africa to Reagan's re-election and events in the region. David Scott of TransAfrica will speak on what to expect from the Reagan Administration in its second term. Salih Abdul-Rahim of the House Subcommittee on Africa will speak on changes in House and Senate and what to expect from the 99th Congress.
