The annual report says the Washington Office on Africa, the only Washington-based advocacy organization focused on Africa, continues to be a strong voice for justice in US policy toward Africa. In 2002 the Board continued the Millennial Campaign for Africa under three rubrics, economic justice, peace and reconciliation, and health and human welfare.
