Action Plan has three foci: 1. Work for the release of South African labor leaders who are imprisoned or on trial; 2. Shell Boycott; and 3. Comprehensive Sanctions. The Steering Committee identified specific actions to take on each of these campaigns. A fourth category of work includes various media, educational, and fundraising tasks as well as building organizational relationships with unions in South Africa and other southern Africa groups in Chicago.
