Mailing by Joan Gerig, member of the Chicago-Alexandra Sister Community Project, says the city council passed a resolution on April 6 declaring Chicago a sister community with Alexandra. The project committee now is making plans for more concrete activities that will link us with our sister community and is seeking donations to cover project costs. The mailing mentions Mark Weber and the Lutheran School of Theology.
