The mailing advertises a full-day program on December 4, 1982 commemorating Human Rights Week, presented by the School of Ethnic Studies/Black Studies Department at San Francisco State University (SFSU) in cooperation with the American Committee on Africa (ACOA), the South West Africa People's Organization (SWAPO) and the United Nations Council on Namibia.
