The document seeks $19,000 to bring Ntabisang Mabuza to the United States for medical treatment. This twelve-year-old girl was shot by South African security forces on June 14, 1986 in Gaborone, Botswana and suffered injuries to her liver, kidney and spinal cord. Boston's Floating Hospital for Children has offered to provide free medical care for Ntabisang. [Note: With money raised by FreeSA, Nthabiseng and her family came the United States in November 1989. See Progress Report, Winter 1990, Fund for a Free South Africa, available on this website.]
