[THERE WILL BE A RALLY ON SOUTH AFRICA FEATURING STEPHEN J. SOLARZ (D-BROOKLYN) AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE AFRICAN NATIONAL CONGRESS AND THE AMERICAN COMMITTEE ON AFRICA]
The public service announcement (PSA) announces a rally on South Africa featuring Rep. Stephen J. Solarz (D- Brooklyn) and representatives from the African National Congress (ANC) and the American Committee on Africa (ACOA) on September 30, 1985 in the Hunter College Playhouse. The PSA says the struggle in South Africa is now at an explosive level, and Hunter College continues to support the freedom of all peoples of South Africa. The rally is sponsored by the Day Session Student Government, the Hunter College Free South Africa Committee, and the Faculty Delegate Assembly.
