Letter from Harry R. Hasselgren, Secretary-Treasurer of the International Longshoremen's Association, to Henry J. Lieberg of the American Committee on Africa (ACOA). The letter includes the text of the Resolution adopted by the International Longshoremen's Association (ILA) Executive Council on February 15, 1974 in Miami Beach, Florida. The resolution says "the ILA hereby affirms support of the boycott of Rhodesian ore and that ILA Longshoremen are not to handle such cargoes." [Note: ACOA circulated a copy of this letter to activists working on the campaign against importing goods from Rhodesia.]
