The memorandum says the annual picnic for all SASP members and the SASP extended family will be held in Rock Creek Park on August 13 at noon. The picnic will be a Harambee effort, in which everyone will have to pull together to make it a success. A list of needed items is provided; people can let a committee member know what they will be responsible for.
