Petition against the sale of Boeing 747's to South African Airways from residents of the Puget Sound, where Boeing is the largest employer. The petition deplores gross violation of human rights under apartheid and calls on Frank Schrontz and the Board of Directors of the Boeing Company to cancel the order of 747's that it has agreed to build for the Government of South Africa's airline. [Note on date: The sale of the planes to South African Airways was announced in May 1989.]
