Testimony of Barry R. Williams, Connecticut State AFL-CIO Secretary-Treasurer, in support of sanctions and divestment of state funds from South Africa. The testimony also supports the MacBride Principles which required all employers in Northern Ireland to seek and end to anti-Catholic discrimination and for the state of Connecticut to divest itself of all stock of companies operating in Northern Ireland which failed to adhere to the principles.
