The leaflet quotes General Assembly resolutions condemning financial interests that support Portuguese colonialism and apartheid. The leaflet asks people to (a) sign the petition calling on Oberlin College to use its shares in General Motors (GM) and Gulf Oil to demand South African withdrawal, (b) sign up for the fast to support liberation movements, and (c) boycott Gulf products and return Gulf credit cards with a letter of protest. The leaflet mentions Cabinda, genocidal war, Gulf Oil's support for Portugal's war budget, skilled jobs, segregated facilities, cheap wages, and white unions.
