Executive Secretary George Houser reported on two proposed projects. The first concerned research about the supply of petroleum products and international linkages to Rhodesia and South Africa. The research would be limited to about six months and would involve collecting data and some travel, possibly leading to a published report(s). The second project was a request for general program support from South Africa Refugee Concern, a foundation registered in Holland. The minutes mention Frank C. Montero, Elder Hawkins, William B. Landis, Robert Stover, and Paul Irish.
